Sworn Translator
In the United Kingdom there is no such title or role as a 'sworn translator'. The type of "certification" of a document depends on the type of document in question but more so on where you intend to use the translation.

The system is very relaxed and the translation of the required document by a professional translator accredited by any professional association (IoL, NRPSI, ITI, etc) or one who has a degree in the respective field (such as a university degree in Translation, etc) is accepted.

I am registered with IoL, NRPSI, ITI, have a Diploma in Translation and am therefore qualified to serve you in this matter.

Apostille Certificate
Turkey is signatory to the convention of "Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents". It is one of a series of conventions of the Hague Conference on Private International Law, signed on October 5, 1961. It specifies the modalities through which a document issued in one of the signatory countries can be certified for legal purposes in all the other signatory states; Apostille.

I can help you with this process and ensure that your documents receive an Apostille Certificate in good time.
